POFACO was established by Dr. Reza Abdmahmoudi in 2002. Dr. Mahmoudi has studied in Deutsche Mühler Schule in Braunschweig, Germany (DMSB, Milling Department) and worked as an engineer in a modern flour factory with capacity of 420 tonnes / 24 hour which was built by Bühler between the years 1999 – 2002 in Switzerland. Certified specialists of POFACO trained in the Buhler training center in Switzerland and Germany , with the highest standards in the world and the most up-to-date methods, without need for any replacement the machinery, only by improving the settings and arrangement of the machines . We can improve the capacity of the built factories by 30% and makes the periodical diagram revisions and maintenance and can significantly improve the quality of flour production. In addition to optimizing the machinery, we are able to optimize the diagram and improve the quality of the flour and provide advisory services to select the best machinery.
